Costume / Fancy Dress Party Invitations

Costume party or Fancy dress parties (as they are called in Australia) need not be confined to Halloween you know! Any party can be a costume party or fancy dress party. Let your guests know that they are to dress up in line with your party theme on the invitation so there is no confusion. Decide if there is going to be a common theme for example elvis or hollywood and give your guests plenty of time to get their costume together before the party. Otherwise a general fancy dress party gives your guests the opportunity to dress as any character they wish. This can sometimes produce hilarious results!
